After you place an order and we confirm the payment is valid and authorized, our team will start processing your order immediately. We guarantee to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or logistics disruptions that may cause delays.
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipment confirmation email to your registered email address. This email will include a unique tracking number, which you can use to track the progress of your delivery.

2. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for all orders is 6-12 business days from the date of shipment. This delivery timeline applies to all destinations worldwide and is an estimate based on normal logistics conditions.
Please be aware that delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: customs clearance procedures, local postal delays, weather emergencies, public health events, or peak shopping seasons (such as Christmas, Black Friday). We will do our best to coordinate with logistics partners to minimize such delays, but we cannot be held liable for delays caused by these external factors.

3. Shipping Fees

Heydudemalls offers free shipping service to all regions around the world. No additional shipping costs will be charged to your order, regardless of the order value, product quantity, or delivery destination. The free shipping benefit is automatically applied at checkout, and you do not need to use any discount codes to redeem it.

4. Shipping Destinations

We provide global shipping services, covering most countries and regions around the world. If your delivery address is in a remote area that is not covered by our regular logistics partners, our customer service team will contact you via email ([email protected]) within 2 business days to confirm alternative shipping arrangements or suggest order adjustments.

5. Shipping Information Requirements

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and clear shipping information (including recipient name, detailed address, contact phone number, and postal code) when placing an order. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments.
If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by you, we may charge additional fees for reshipping the order. Alternatively, you can choose to cancel the order in accordance with our Refund Policy, but we will not be liable for any losses caused by delivery failures due to incorrect information.

6. Order Tracking

You can track your order status through the following methods: 1) Use the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email to track on the official website of the logistics carrier; 2) Log in to your account on Heydudemalls.com, enter the "My Orders" page, and view the real-time tracking information of your order.
If you cannot track the order information within 3 business days after receiving the shipment confirmation email, or if the tracking information is not updated for a long time, please contact our customer service team immediately via [email protected] for assistance.

7. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If the delivery attempt fails due to reasons such as the recipient being unavailable, refusing to accept the package, or the address being undeliverable, the logistics carrier will usually make 2-3 delivery attempts within a specified period. If the package is still undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Once we receive the returned package, we will contact you via email to confirm the situation. You can choose to have the package reshipped (you will need to bear the reshipping fee if the return is due to your own reasons) or cancel the order and apply for a refund (subject to our Refund Policy).
